Loyalty system

The loyalty system is used to reward regular customers. Thanks to it, regular shoppers earn points that can then be used when paying. The total value of the order is reduced by their value. The customer has the opportunity to earn these loyalty points as a reward for:

• purchase of a certain value
• product rating and writing a review

In this case, the customer must add points manually.

Earning points for your order

The number of points a customer earns for a purchase can be tiered by purchase size . For example, a customer can earn more points for larger purchases than for smaller ones.

Points will be added to your customer account only when the order is marked as paid. Payment by cash on delivery or bank transfer, but also by card.

If the goods are returned, cancelled or not received, the added points will be deducted from your account.
