Safety and Warnings

This section contains all important information that must be known before using the chimney cleaning brush. During use, safety should be your highest priority.

Read this information carefully, as improper use may cause damage to the chimney.

To ensure sufficient drilling power, use professional drills equipped with a safety clutch, which can immediately stop rotation if necessary.

Use drills with a speed range of 350 – 2000 rpm, with 24 V or more, or drills with power above 500 W.

Never hold the device too firmly, as it may catch or pull your gloves.

Before cleaning, check whether the chimney is suitable for cleaning – make sure there are no cracks and that you have selected the correct attachment. Metal attachments are very effective but may damage the chimney if used improperly.

Rotate the shaft only clockwise. Rotating in the opposite direction may cause the joints to loosen or the shaft to be damaged.

Do not use excessively high drill speeds.

Before cleaning, make sure the chimney is completely cooled down.

Use protective goggles and gloves.

Do not use the device while fuel is burning in the chimney.

Instructions for Use

1. Device Preparation

1. Remove all parts from the set.
2. Attach the nylon cleaning head to the end of the flexible shaft.
3. Fix the other end of the shaft into the drill or cordless screwdriver chuck.
4. Check that all connections are properly and firmly tightened.

2. Chimney Cleaning

1. Insert the cleaning head into the chimney or flue opening.
2. Turn on the drill at low to medium speed.
3. Rotate the shaft only clockwise. Rotating in the opposite direction may cause the joints to loosen or the shaft to be damaged.
4. Slowly move the shaft up and down inside the chimney.
5. The rotating brush head will begin removing soot and deposits from the chimney walls.
6. Repeat the process until the entire chimney is cleaned.

Cleaning can be performed:

• from the bottom through the fireplace or flue,

• or from the top through the chimney opening.

3. After Finishing Work

1. Turn off the drill.
2. Pull the cleaning head out of the chimney.
3. Disconnect the brush head and individual parts.
4. Clean them from soot and store them in the packaging.

System Extension – Steel Cleaning Heads

The system can be extended with special TURBO Premium PRO steel cleaning heads, designed for removing heavy deposits or tar.
