How to supplement it?

  1. turn counterclockwise until you can remove the top knob
  2. take off the top cap
  3. fill the grinder with salt or pepper
  4. Put your hat back on.
  5. Finally, gently tighten the knob clockwise.

How to adjust the roughness?
loosen the knob at the top for a coarser grind and tighten for a finer one
